The Official Launching and Open House was held at the project site at Brgy. Calulut and was attended by around 1,000 guests, which included prospective home buyers, sales agents, brokers, members of the press, and more, including FIESTA’s official endorser Jimmy Santos.
The event kicked off with a motorcade within the key areas around Pampanga, and was followed by a Eucharistic Celebration, House Blessing, and Ribbon Cutting, all accompanied by impressive performances held by the Kapampangan Sinukwan Dancers. After the program, the project was officially opened for the Reservation proper, which will be held until Monday, October 12.
The various model units of the subdivision, such as the Single Attached, Couple, Loft and Rowhouse units, were all opened to prospective home buyers. Each unit was spic and span and showed off the maximized spaces and beautiful interior designs to show homebuyers the potential of their future living space. Not only that, but home buyers were given a chance to see the soon-to-be-erected and the future locations of its entrance gate, multi-functional social hall, basketball courts, outdoor gym equipment, and jogging paths.
